Due to work on the sewerage and water network , carried out by the Borough of Porto Cesareo and AQP (Acquedotto Pugliese),the road to get to the Property and other roads too, will be destabilised.
From 15 Juneworks will be suspended as for Art. 43 of the Police Regulation in order to notproblems to the numerous turists.
therefore the road will be resurfaced at the complition of works , after Summer.

Breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:00 in the common room. Any requests outside the above-mentioned hours must be communicated to the management in due time.

The cleaning of the bathrooms is daily and is included in the price of the accommodation.
For energy saving reasons, the towels are changed when they are left on the floor.
