Il Polpo Nero is located in a quiet residential area, surrounded by nature. Loud noises and parties are forbidden to respect this tranquility and the neighborhood. Please pay special attention to noise in the evening.

2. Pool Safety
The pool is shallow (1.40 m) and unprotected, it is strictly forbidden to walk on the ledges and climb on the platform above the technical room. Diving is strictly prohibited.
For the safety of all, please keep your children under constant supervision.
The pool is equipped with a remote alarm system, but this can not replace active supervision of an adult.
We are not liable for any injury caused by non-compliance with these rules.

3. Ecological Responsibility
3.1 Energy:
We pay special attention to ecology. Il Polpo Nero is located on an island,water and electricity are particularly valuable resources.
To conserve these resources, please avoid prolonged showering and maintain a rational use of air conditioning. Excessive consumption may be subject to a rebill at the local rate in force. Thank you for helping to preserve our environment.

4. Accessibility and Safety
Il Polpo Nero is a house with many stairs, some of which do not have guardrails. The house is unfortunately difficult to access for people with reduced mobility. For the safety of all, we recommend you the greatest attention when moving around the property.
It is essential to monitor children closely because of these stairs, and accompany them attimes.
The house also has a roof terrace. For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to sit or lean over the walls that line the roof terrace and to move on the tiled roofs.
We are not liable for any accident caused by non-compliance with these rules.

5. Arrival, Departure and Rules of Conduct
5.1 Check-in: 17:00 to 21:00 Check-out: before 11:00.

5.2 Handing over the keys
You will be given two sets of keys to open the house. Please note that the gate is not locked, and the garden is not fully fenced.

5.3 Cleaning
Final cleaning is included in your booking. However, it is possible to arrange cleaning during the stay, on an ad hoc or daily basis, for a fee. Please let us know in advance if you would like to receive this service.

6. Furniture Maintenance
Guests should keep the house in order and facilitate housekeeping. After swimming, avoid entering the house with wet feet or sitting on furniture in wet swimwear. Thank you for helping us preserve the furniture and ensure its longevity.

7. Responsibility of the Group Leader
7.1 Surety
The main tenant is responsible for damages during the stay. A deposit of at least 4,000€ or 25% of the total amount of your reservation will be requested on the day of arrival. The appropriate deposit must be made by check or bank transfer, and will be refunded no later than two weeks after your departure.

7.2 Liability of the tenant
The main traveller (who booked the house) is solely responsible for any damage to the furniture or the home during his stay, and when taking charge of the house, he personally agrees to reimburse the damage before departure. If the amount of security is insufficient, the main traveller is responsible for covering the higher amount.

8. Bed linen and towels
Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. If you wish to make additional changes during your stay, these can be arranged for an extra fee.

9. Child Safety
For the safety and well-being of children, they must be constantly monitored in the house, garden and pool. We do not accept any liability for injuries.

10. Air conditioning
For your comfort, the house is equipped with reversible air conditioning . Please do not leave the air conditioning on with windows or doors open, as this could damage the system and result in additional repair costs. Excessive consumption may be subject to a rebill at the local rate in force.

11. Internet
The villa has a 4G router for internet access. Although the connection may not be as fast as fibre or ADSL, it is still reliable for most online activities.

12. Audio System
The villa is equipped with a high quality sound system via a JBL bluetooth speaker. Respect the neighbourhood by using this enclosure at an appropriate volume, mainly in the evening and at night.

13. Services Included
The rental price includes the maintenance of the pool and garden, final cleaning, tourist tax, and normal consumption of water and electricity. The electricity meter will be taken at the time of taking control and leaving the villa. Excessive consumption may be subject to a rebill at the local rate in force.
