Starting from the 2026 season, the hotel welcomes its guests in a fully renovated property, designed to offer a more modern, comfortable, and consistent experience in every space. The hotel was originally established as a family-run business and continues to be managed today with the same care and passion, evolving to meet the needs of contemporary hospitality without losing its identity.

The rooms and floors have been redesigned to provide bright, tidy, and welcoming environments, featuring a contemporary style and particular attention to comfort throughout the stay. The breakfast room has also been renewed, with a fresh layout and modern equipment that make the space more functional, refined, and pleasant—ideal for starting the day in a relaxed way.

Guests can also enjoy free bicycle rental, perfect for exploring the seafront and the surrounding area comfortably. The hotel is located on the seafront of Sottomarina di Chioggia, just a few meters from its private beach and overlooking the Adriatic Sea—a privileged position for those who want to experience the sea in total relaxation.
